MAXIMIZING POTENTIAL — APPLICATION ARTWORK PNG FILES Public artwork is supplied as PNG images. Check the pixel dimensions and final print resolution with the supplier before ordering. Use the editable PowerPoint marketing templates for campaign text. Private vector masters remain separate. EMAIL SIGNATURE Open email-signature.html in a browser, replace [Full Name] and [Role], and copy the rendered signature into the mail client's signature editor. The HTML uses live contact text and links. It embeds the logo for a portable local preview. If the mail client removes the embedded logo, insert email-signature-logo.png through the client's image control. Send yourself a test before routine use. Mail-client compatibility has not been verified across all clients. DIGITAL ADS 1200 × 900 pixels, in light and dark versions. These PNG layout references show marked call-to-action and link positions. Use the editable PowerPoint marketing templates to prepare finished campaign text. Keep the logo proportional and check small-screen readability at the final placement size. FLAGPOLE BANNER Light and dark artwork assumes a 24 × 60 inch face. Confirm pole-pocket sizes, seams, wind slits if any, mounting direction, bleed and safe area with the vendor. These files do not specify the reverse side or installation hardware. ROUND KEYCHAIN Front and back assume a 2 inch finished diameter. The separate nonprinting guide includes an illustrative 3.05 mm hole location at top center. The vendor must confirm the hole, ring hardware, safe area, substrate, ink and cut path. Do not print the nonprinting guide as artwork. FEATHER FLAG The silhouette assumes a maximum 30 × 120 inch envelope. It is a concept shape, not a certified vendor dieline. Adapt the artwork to the selected vendor's actual flag, pole sleeve, base, bleed and viewing direction. Confirm whether the reverse will be mirrored, double-sided or separately printed. BEFORE ORDERING Confirm the supplier template and actual dimensions, material and ink limits, cut/hem/hole clearances, bleed, safe areas, color-managed proof and readable logo size. No Pantone match or manufactured sample has been approved. Keep logos and text separate from nonprinting guides in the production file.
