Dark navy art belongs on a light surface. White and ivory transparent artwork belongs on navy. Full dotted backgrounds already include an opaque background.

PNG frames and bracketed information layouts are visual references. Use the editable PowerPoint templates for editable text and photo placements. Do not publish placeholder labels as finished communications.
